In the high season, the free cancellation period is 4 weeks before arrival.
In the low season, the free cancellation period is 10 days before arrival.

The above cancellation deadlines only apply when booking our cancelable rates. It is not possible to cancel or rebook the “Stormproof” and “Early booking” rates free of charge.

Cancellations must be made in writing. In the event of cancellation outside the deadline, we are entitled to charge 90% of the accommodation price for the nights booked. In the event of a no-show, there is no entitlement to booked subsequent nights. For the first night 100% and for the following nights 90% of the accommodation price will be charged.
